On Friday 14th of November, four students competed in this year’s Senior UK Maths Team Challenge. Year 13 pupils Paul Owens and Luke Brady joined with Year 14 students Ruairi Hegarty and Clare Owens (Further Mathematics student from Dominican College, Fortwilliam who is involved in the collaboration programme) to vie for the top spot. Although finishing eleventh out of fifteen, the students thoroughly enjoyed the experience.
