Despite the inclement weather, on Thursday 13th November, A Level Drama students braved the elements to travel to Belfast's Grand Opera House where they enjoyed a hilarious production of the National Theatre's award - winning "One Man, Two Guv'nors".
Based on Carlo Goldoni's Commedia Dell'Arte play (their A Level set text) the comedy follows the misadventures of Francis Henshall in 1960s Brighton as he attempts to serve two "Guv'nors" at once - both of whom are looking for the other!
Ms Hughes commented that ‘students thoroughly enjoyed their trip to the theatre’ and noted how ‘valuable it is for the students to see a live performance of their set text’.
