8A: Malachy Burns
Malachy has thrown himself in to all aspects of College life, while still maintaining high levels of academic achievement. A shining example of how to organise time effectively and make the most of all opportunities on offer in St. Malachy's College.
8B: Tiarnan McCormick
Tiarnan is a popular and caring member of 8B. His outstanding work ethic has led to a fantastic report, and his effort and behaviour have been exemplary throughout Year 8. He is a keen sportsman, who is involved in several extra-curricular activities.
8C: KT Walls
KT is a loyal friend to so many boys in Year 8. His hard work and diligence was rewarded with a superb report. He always greets staff politely and is held in very high regard by his peers. KT is a model student in every way.
8D: Aodhan Frame
Aodhan has made huge efforts over recent weeks to engage with his learning and is making excellent progress. He is described by his teachers as "a pleasure to teach". A polite young man, Aodhan is a very popular member of 8D.
8E: Setanta McCallan
Setanta fully immerses himself in the extra-curricular life of the College. He is always willing to help staff and his peers in any way possible. Setanta has an excellent merit record, and always wears a smile.
