This year, a number of St Malchy’s Irish students took part in Rith 2016. Rith is a national fun run that takes place every other year as part of Seachtain na Gaeilge. The course of the run is 700km in length and is laid out in the form of a massive relay-race, running from Kildare and finishing in the GPO on O Connell Street, Dublin. Our students ran 1 km through Newlodge and onto the Antrim Road.
